Position Summary:
The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, credit card transactions, and payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring consistency across all payables processes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Process vendor invoices with accuracy and within established timelines.
– Review and verify invoices to ensure proper documentation, coding, and approvals.
– Prepare weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
– Reconcile company credit cards, including collecting receipts, verifying transaction details, coding expenses, and resolving discrepancies with cardholders.
– Monitor and maintain the accounts payable email inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
– Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding or aged items.
– Assist with month-end close tasks, including AP accruals and account reconciliations.
– Maintain organized and up-to-date AP records in compliance with company policies.
– Support audits by providing documentation and clarification as needed.
– Collaborate with internal teams to streamline AP processes and improve accuracy.
Qualifications:
– 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role.
– Strong proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
– Experience with credit card reconciliation and expense reporting tools preferred.
– Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines.
– Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
Cenergy is seeking a Mechanical Designer (level I, II, or III) to join our growing team in our Milton, WV or Washington, PA Engineering Office. As a key employee in our engineering division, the successful candidate will work as an integral part of our cross functional engineering team. The Mechanical Designer is responsible for performing and/or assisting with mechanical and piping design related items defined within the project scope of work.
Essential Job Function
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Designer include, but are not limited to:
· Responsible for 3D Modeling of Mechanical and Piping structures
· Prepare 2D drawings and plans of facilities and equipment
· Perform other activities as directed by Management, Lead Engineers and Lead Designer
· Ability to take initiative and work with both company and non-company personnel to accomplish goals in a fast-paced environment.
· Produce facility designs in compliance with technical specifications, Engineering Standards, Construction Standards, and applicable code requirements.
· Collaborate with mechanical, civil, and electrical engineers and designers
· Prepare/review project Bill of Materials (BOM)
· Conduct QA/QC design reviews
· Provide assistance to estimating, procurement, manufacturing, and construction personnel for mechanical design related items
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Competent in Microsoft Office suite of programs and engineering/design software applications
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to perform tasks with minimal guidance or supervision
· Desire, willingness, and ability to learn new skills
What you offer (Education and Experience):
· Associate’s degree or equivalent drafting/design course work required
· 2+ years of experience in Mechanical/Piping Design (Designer I)
· 6+ years of experience in Mechanical/Piping Design (Designer II)
· 10+ years of experience in Mechanical/Piping Design (Designer III)
· Competency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, and Plant 3D or equivalent design software
· Willingness to travel 0-10%
